I kissed Damon.β It shows that she owns up to wanting to kiss damon and not feeling bad for enjoying the kiss. This is what Stefan needed to hear, otherwise he would have put the blame on damon for it. It shows how mutual the kiss was between them and her feelings for damon are so evident.
