I love the detail that the shark mer has more than one row of teeth. A lot of people don't do that when making shark mers.

Interesting placement of the clam. I thought it might be on the other side. Tails are normally an extension of the spine, but I'm sure the Demoness can make whatever changes she likes to evolution when she does her transformations.
