It's simple, delicious, and has enough fruit in it to fool yourself into thinking that it's healthy -- the perfect combination.
I'll be posting the recipe with picture later on so you can make it along with me if that's the kinda thing you enjoy. But really, doesn't everyone enjoy good tasting food?

Dig that juicy apple peeling! Yummy! (You know, I once ate at a truck stop in Pennsylvania that had a big sign that read "Worst Apple Pie" so of course I ordered it. On my first bite, I got a piece of apple peel still on the apple slice. Never underestimate the importance of peeling the apples!)
