CDC Cargo Trailer Pack Update

Here is an update to the cargo trailer pack. Added a better version of my old race trailer to the pack.

Added the old race trailer and re-sized it to better suit most cars.
Skinnable- #cdc-skinnable-stuff in the discord.
Skinnable inner banner.
Skinnable canopys.

Added the canopys to a common folder that will soon be something you will need for most of my mods, this will make things alot easier in the future. I will be adding the canopy options to all of my trailers along with the work mat and the other small props.

Please be sure to have my most updated wheel pack(You may need the raceweek trailer for my custom 4x7 Trailer Wheels until I move the wheels from the trailer file to the wheelpack)
