BL sorting, playlists and EX MACHINA in-game

Changelog:
- Added sorting by BL stars and filter by the category in the BetterSongList
- Added star values, EX MACHINA results and map qualification status on the leaderboard
- Added buttons to install playlists. Click the logo in the top-left corner of the leaderboard. You need to download songs yourself in the playlist menu.
1.20+, may contain bugs.
