You will always lose 1 gem, it's not possible to keep it. At this point MC don't have any way to protect themselves. The witch story will be continued, but even if it's still not going to happen before the gem event. The best solution is to talk with Roushk and convince lizards to give you the gems.

What are the steps to the "best" solution for the lizard quest? I followed the quest guide but I thought I would get something from the witch that would help resist the mind stuff but she never ended up calling me back despite talking to both the night and day versions. I ended up losing 1 of the 2 gems and I just know there is a way to keep them both. I just don't know how.

Incredible work as always, never been happier to back a project! Love the world and content so much. Know it's low on the list of priorities but would be amazing at some future point to have your animals more integrated into gameplay and scenes. Even just to be able to have sex with them away from home if you bring them with you. Or new options for characters like gunnar (hopefully others too, eventually) who like that particular taboo. More scenes beyond mounting would be incredible too. Keep up the amazing work x

You can't. Encourage path for now is mostly about him doing naughty stuff. If it comes to romance and relation I'm putting more effort into his discouraged path, as it was a route I had in mind from the beginning.

How do you trigger the fair event with Logan. I have 1 heart with Logan and he is on the normal route and Bernard has 3 hearts? When first went to the fair with Bernard, than I talked to Logan about going to the fair, he agrees. I then craft all the bombs needed to watch the fire works. However, when it comes time to pick who I want to watch the fireworks with, Logan is not a choice. Why?

how do you increase affection/like with your dog and horse to teach them more tricks? They've been stuck at ~27 for a while no matter how much i feed or utilize the tricks they already know... do i need to raise my stats?

the guide (linked on earlier releases on the itch page for the game) states "northcrest's cave" so I've been trying to use that entrance when exploring the underground... but I can't get it to trigger any dialogue where I receive glowshrooms. haven't found it purchasable from anyone either. would love any confirmation on how to find it myself!

Personally I love the story stuff, so I say go for it! I will be sad at losing my save, but I will admit my character is a bit over leveled at this point. My only request would be having the rework of the start of the game done first? Content wise I think your doing fine I remember when I first started supporting you on patreon there was only a small number of enemies and places to visit so every new enemy was considered a huge step forward I think it just seems small because of how much it has progressed you always manage to include some kind of visual art and new place to explore or person to talk to so don’t stress yourself out I’d much prefer you to take things easy rather than you burning yourself out keep up the great work

I'm happy to hear you like the new addition to the squad! There's not much with them and some don't have sprites yet, but they will be as important as people from Bareshade. So expect more of them in future updates as well ^^ Also ZoroJ and Gavel are doing AMAZING job with sprites/cgs/backgrounds. And it's super easy to work with them. They are really great ^^

There are some stuff that are in game because of the players suggestions (That damn prison is a good example :D) and I actually use it to push the story forward. And there was a lot of helpful comments which helped me make the experience better. Yes, you need to have multiple saves to get the full storylines (and character development). The bottom Logan story branch kills off a lot of future options. But keep the Bottom Logan save for fun times later 😜
