I’ve finally released the new illustration.
Please note that the password has been changed starting with this post.
That said, working in a manga style really is more difficult compared to anime style—
especially when it comes to dynamic movements or complex expressions.
If I’m not careful, the key features can get lost and the character ends up unrecognizable.
I could simplify the poses and expressions to avoid that problem,
but I didn’t want to compromise.
It took more time than expected, but I believe I managed to finish an illustration worthy of being published.
I’d be glad if you could check it out.
Also, this isn’t all of the illustrations.
Some other actions, and a few pieces I hesitated to include here,
will be released tomorrow in the “Extra Plan.”

Thank you for your kind words. It’s not just that it’s difficult—since this style doesn’t rely much on color information, if I focus too much on the expressions, the characters sometimes lose their identity and become unrecognizable. And when I make the movements too dynamic, the drawing gets messy and it becomes hard to tell what’s going on… I like this style too, so I really wish there were an easier way to work with it. So, you’d like to see Mami and Ruka as well? Actually, I’ve received similar requests from others too. I might create them sometime when I have more time, though it’s still undecided for now. Thank you, as always!

I feel guilty for suggesting that Id love to see Mami and Ruka in this style too because of how difficult you describe this style to be, but I'd love to see it. You deserve your rest and rest from this style though. Sounds like it was giving you a couple headaches. Thank you so much for you hard work and effort!
