Bad News.
Added 2022-07-16 22:14:35 +0000 UTCSo bad news. My personal PayPal account has been limited, I'm unsure why but I will be able to find out Monday as customer service is closed on weekends
I'm unsure whether or not I can get my account back, (I really hope I can, but there's no guarantees here) the account that has been limited also had my card linked to it so I wouldn't be able to just open up another acc. Rn I'm trying to plan/prepare for worst case scenario which is that I don't have PayPal anymore. If that is the case I'm going to have to reconsider Fanbox as a whole and potentially moving over to another platform like subscribestar that does straight to card stransfers
For the time being I'm just gonna be safe and prepare for worst case events so there probably won't be any art till Monday/Tuesday
I really hope this isn't the end of my art career, even if I can't make money off of art I'll still be doing it, but I really hope I can keep this as my actual job.

2022-07-18 13:36:33 +0000 UTCPretty sure if your account is limited is because you have to verify your identity using your id and ssn number for tax reasons. If your accepting money within PayPal for business you would normally have to give your info like ID or ssn for tax reason. I know because of experience it could be different for you not sure hoping the best
2022-07-17 08:44:36 +0000 UTCYou can talk to your bank about that you have it linked to your PayPal account. If it is PayPal fault, it might be harder. If it comes to substar get your links ready and hope they give you quick access and arent slow has hell.
