MONTHLY RECAP - September!

I know you haven't seen me around here in a while, and not because of me. Albo has been neglecting me a bit, and to make it up to you, he wanted to entrust me with this monthly recap open to everyone, subscribers and non-subscribers included, to recap what happened in the past month.

September is a bittersweet month: summer ends and it's back to the old ways, although there is always some news in the air: for example, Patreon has extended recommendations to NSFW creators as well, so in the next few days Albo will start adding more creators that I recommend. In the meantime he has put up the essentials, more will come.

Patreon has also added some other interesting ideas such as discounts. The system will periodically launch promotions for non-members, it handles everything independently, both the recipients and the amount of the discount. Be aware that you may get a discount now and then if you sign up. But even at full price, with only $2 you have access to EVERYTHING, do you really want the discount too?

September is also a month of birthdays: of a model Albo has drawn many times before, Yasmin/Chica Bamboni, and of a very talented artist Albo has been lucky enough to get to know better in recent months, Anutka. What can he do nice for their birthdays but draw them?

In recent months, Albo's satirical inspiration has returned after years of slumber and he has resumed doing among other things political satire cartoons mostly in Italian, you can find the cartoons here. Occasionally, international events prompt him to mix genres, with eroticism meeting political satire, as in the case of Elon Musk vs. Brazil:

 ... and the latest debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, with the fake news of Haitians eating dogs and cats in Springfield, Ohio. How do you let this stuff go?

In the meantime, we discovered a new way to strip drawings using Procreate tools! Albo promised you a tutorial to do it too, but nothing has shown up yet, I'll see if I can remind him!

Also among the things that happened in September, we remember a new model to draw, Betsy Braddock, a drawing dedicated to trans boys, somewhat neglected around here, the first Princess Peach, when she was not yet that sugary blonde we all know and was still called Princess Toadstool (here in a censored version)

As every month, there were exclusive contents and all the recurring appearances such as Karmagik's OCs, the Pirates vs Courtesans vs Nobles playing card, the Garbage P0rn Kids, and after the summer break, Charlie also returned. Before reappearing in the two new strips of the month, she met a new internet celebrity, Moo Deng!

Well, I think that's pretty much everything for September, unless there are some incredible last-minute surprises!
By the way, October is always a month full of artistic efforts with Inktober and a thousand other parallel challenges. I don't think Albo will participate in these events because he has quite a bit of work to do. At most, he might be inspired by one of the daily themes if he really can't resist.
Then again, he might change his mind and not miss a single prompt, he's crazy like that!

All that's left is for us to say goodbye and see each other next month!
