Bellydance - Preview 2
Added 2024-07-01 11:51:00 +0000 UTCA second preview of the upcoming belly dancing mini animation that Disregard animated last month, this time with the big tummy~!
Rendering this out unfortunately takes a tiny bit longer due to the two versions. Each one has three different perspectives, so it's a total of 6 short sequences. Unfortunately rendering these until the end of June didn't pan out and they require roughly another 1 - 2 weeks to complete, apologies! ;-;
In the meantime work on Encounter 3 has also continued, which will be the sole focus once this small animation is completed! I'll probably have another update on that by mid-July after this animation got posted! (:

2024-07-02 18:56:55 +0000 UTCMay not be cake, but I feel I can chime in as an animator. The main issue at hand would be avoiding obvious clipping. Unlike 2D animation, it’s not exactly possible to just make parts of the character vanish when out of sight; they must abide by the physical limitations of 3D space. One viable way to do it is to make prey characters able to shrink parts of their body when they’re out of view, or the pred expands to the extreme. Either one of these may also present respective issues, especially for true same size, rather than partial It’s why you more often see macro-micro displays, as they’re easier to handle
