Bank Lot Trait (for Investing) - Designate a lot as a Bank and your Sims can invest there. I'm not interested in creating a complex financial system for my Sims, I just wanted them to be able to visit a Bank, use the vault, and make investments. And with this mod they can! They can also chat with other sims about the Llama Market! (I recommend using a Generic Venue type for your Bank. You will need at least one vault and one computer.) To invest, use a computer at the bank, and remember to come back a few days later to see how the investment is doing.
