Quick Note - Updated Tier Descriptions

Just a brief note that I've updated the descriptions and benefits listed in the various tiers; mainly taking out the bonus content poll (which I might resume in the future as a public post thing, but not paid) and clarifying how many pre-public release updates you can expect to get per tier - 1 for Waves, 2 for Sentinels, and 3 for Conclave.
I am moving this week so there hasn't been a new Conclave post yet, but I'll backfill that as soon as everything's unpacked and such. Hope y'all are enjoying everything!
