🔧 Mod Update: Career Packs + Core Script Integration
Added 2025-05-26 14:50:58 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Quick update for several of my career packs — there’ve been a few fixes and improvements under the hood to make things smoother and more compatible across the board.
🧱 Core Mod Requirement
The following careers now ALL require my modlibrary (if you’ve downloaded any of my recent mods, you probably already have it):
I've added a new script to the modlibrary to clear the Sims' career history on quit automatically, so if they rejoin later, they won't be tied to the last branch they were in.
🔁 Switch Branches from Phone or Computer
You can now switch roles within the same agency directly from the phone or computer, under Work > Career.
This is now built into each of the careers above — seamless and more user-friendly.
✅ I’ve also updated the Switch Career Branches mod to exclude these careers, so you won’t see duplicate interactions.
You can still use it for any other EA or modded career that supports branches, but it's not requried!
🧥 Uniform Error Fixed
Some careers were throwing UnavailablePackResource errors if you didn’t own the right DLC for the uniforms.
That’s been fixed — a random outfit will now be assigned instead, and you can edit it using MCCC or my Custom Uniforms mod.
✍️ Minor Fixes
Small string cleanup in the Sequential Art career
