📖LITERARY PUBLICIST CAREER📖

Hi all! Sorry it's been a little while... I felt better and banged out lots of content, and then found myself back in a bit of a hole... Anyways, here's the poll winner career! I hope you like it. I'm still working on adding University Degrees to my careers, so you can start at a higher level if you have the required degree. 

Some of the objectives require City Living and University, so if you don't have those packs, you can cheat your way to the next level.

There are 10 levels available, at Peachtree Publishers;

1. Publicity Intern
Starting off in the wide world of book publishing is a wide-eyed {0.SimFirstName}. As {M0.his}{F0.her} first position, {M0.he}{F0.she} will be learning the ropes, and how everything works in a publishing house. {0.SimFirstName} will have to get used to answering plenty of telephone calls from wannabe famous authors!

2. Magazine Marketer
Marketing magazines? It may not be exactly what {0.SimFirstName} set out to do, but it's better than making coffee all the time for all of {M0.his}{F0.her} colleagues. What a drag that was! When a Sim has an idea for a new magazine, it's {0.SimFirstName}'s job to see whether there's a place for it on the market and well, market it! Although {M0.he}{F0.she} doubts anyone will be interested in Don Lothario's 'Dating Don' pitch! Work on that Charisma and Meet New People to gain much-needed insights and knowledge!

3. Digital Campaigner
As a Digital Campaigners at Peachtree Publishers, {0.SimFirstName} will develop and deliver strategic plans and digital communications for campaigns and social media channels, to encourage mass audiences to start buyin'. Don't forget to do plenty of Research! {M0.He}{F0.She} has to ask the question though; Does the general public want Bob Pancakes' autobiography?! 

4. Paperback Promoter
This is more like it, isn't it? {0.SimFirstName} gets to read some possible bestsellers and help get them out there into the big wide world. After all, it's no easy feat getting noticed! That's where {0.SimFirstName} comes in; Sims are paying the big bucks for your knowledge and experience in getting them to be a household name! {0.SimFirstName} is even Inspired to write {M0.his}{F0.her} own novels! Starting with a Motivational book on Becoming a Publicist, perhaps?

5. Social Media Coach
{0.SimFirstName} has mastered online campaigns, and {M0.his}{F0.her} boss has promoted {M0.him}{F0.her} to set them up and help clients manage them. First lesson {M0.he}{F0.she} teaches clients? Check that Simstagram history for problematic posts! If they do make it big, it will be dragged up!

6. Book-to-Screen Promoter
The phone's been ringing off the hook lately, with Sims wondering whether or not their book could be adapted into a movie or television series? From creating a script coverage to turning a manuscript into a screenplay, {0.SimFirstName} will prime that book for the eyes of Del Sol Valley agents and executives! Don't forget to work on that Acting Skill- {0.SimFirstName} will need to practice to bring some extra pizzazz to the pitching table!

7. Genre-Specific Marketer
{0.SimFirstName} has chosen {M0.his}{F0.her} favorite genre, and decided to specialise in it! Now Sims have a specific (and rather expensive) point of contact for marketing their new bestseller! {M0.He}{F0.She} will need to work on {M0.his}{F0.her} Programming Skills too. Developing computer skills are a must for this career!

8. In-House Head Publicist
The experience {0.SimFirstName} has garnered from being at Peachtree Publishers is sending {M0.him}{F0.her} rocketing to the top of the career ladder! Work on those promotion tasks to take {M0.him}{F0.her} right to the top! Practice {M0.his}{F0.her} Social skills by throwing a party - it's important to network.

9. Serial Specialist
Book Serials, like Henry Puffer, are very popular right now, and Sims just can't wait for the next part! {0.SimFirstName} has been put in charge of this department, and has some amazing reads that {M0.he}{F0.she just knows the public will love!! Don't forget to save some of those Simoleon!

10. Award-Winning Publicist
Everything {0.SimFirstName} markets hits the San Myshuno Bestsellers List, and Peachtree Publishers are proud to have {M0.him}{F0.her} as their leading {M0.man}{F0.lady}. Keep working at it though, and {0.SimFirstName} may be awarded some extra Simoleons!
