May Updates 2024 🌼

Another month, another late updates post (': Man I appreciate you guys so much for your patience and support, you are the absolute best and are one of the reasons I can shoot all these cosplays that I love. I just finished up my Anime North weekend and am dead (how the heck did I stay for 10 hours for one day), but finally getting to posting my sets soon! Summer is always crazy with cons, I'm so stressed but also happy it's finally here!

Cosplays: I'm most definitely not panicking for YetiCon, noooo sir. It's not like my props aren't done...and my cosplay hasn't arrived...haha. Jokes aside, I still have 2.5 weeks to prepare, and will most likely bring my Shadowheart and Glimmer cosplays to shoot, and bringing my maid Jean cosplay for fun to wear in a Genshin maid group (we aren't actually shooting to looks until later). I got to meet some friends that I made on Twitch at Anime North, and maybe will meet some of you guys at a con one day too ♥ The only new cosplay I have in mind is Firefly from Honkai: Star Rail, who I really like. A fellow cosplayer is selling this cosplay for relatively cheap, and since the character is released in the game on June 18, I was hoping to shoot her cosplay before then (:

May Sets: I'm excited to finally post a shoot of my Eunie cosplay! I've had the cosplay for over a year, but didn't get to shoot it until recently. Me and Dream Lifestyle Photography shot in a lovely park with cherry blossom trees, and thankfully didn't get too many weird looks lmao. This month, I also got the chance to shoot my "forest elf girl look" in a stunning indoor forest studio with photographer John Previlon:

Honestly I'm just obsessed with shooting anything elven lol. I brought clothing/accessories in a natural color that suited the vibe, and it's kiiiiiind of giving pirate vibes, but I think it's still "forest-y" enough if that makes sense haha. I love how pretty the lighting turned out in the photos, and how I got to shoot with foliage without the strangers and bugs outside (':
