YetiCon 2022 Shoots BTS

So I just had my first weekend con in well over two years and I'm still recovering from it haha. I sheduled in way too many shoots instead of relaxing (oops), but I'm super happy with the content I managed to make!

I ended up doing five cosplay shoots (was supposed to be seven!!) 😅 The con is like a resort, so there's pool parties, gorgeous scenery, outdoor activities such as zip lining, and a cute village area to shop/shoot in.

While the weather was unfortunately pretty cold and VERY windy that weekend, I wanted to make use of the backgrounds and pools, so here is some BTS (behind the scenes) content of the photoshoots I did (:

Friday: I arrived on Friday, went to the con's shopping area, and bought some cool things like Pokémon Colosseum for my GameCube, a cute retro gaming sweater from artist Robbssttaa, along with various stickers, and gifts for my friend's birthday and for my brother. In the evening, I dressed up in Aerith's red dress from FF7R and shot some pretty solo shots with KameraNinja before it got dark.

Aterwards, I met up with VickyBunnyAngel as fancy Tifa and Poisonne Cosplay as Cloud in a dress 😂 I even brought a chair to mimic an iconic scene from the game!

Saturday: OOOOOF this day was busy! I woke up earlier than usual to meet up with Holly Wolf, who lent me her Jean from Genshin Impact cosplay. She also helped me put on the corset, took some BTS shots and assisted with the shoot, which was very sweet of her. It was my first time shooting with FXDandy, who has an amazing portfolio of cosplay photography. I'm excited to see the final Jean photos!

After the shoot, I changed into swimsuit Byleth for a Fire Emblem group pool shoot (: We managed to put a small group together of swimsuits designs from the game (thanks to Luxlo Cosplay for the invitation to join) We got a bunch of cute group shots, and I ended up shooting with both Herbiecide and then Flauntymars (who I hadn't shot with yet).

Ah yes, my booty.

Then I went to my hotel to finally eat and rest before going to see a cosplay burlesque show, and then rushing to shoot Fiora from Xenoblade in the late evening (': Me and Herbiecide managed to do quick golden hour shoot, and then I changed into party clothes and went to some panels and a rave on my final 1% of energy left!



Sunday: On my final day at the con, I shot swimsuit Shinobu before taking my wig off and FINALLY going to swim! Hooray!
