Fancy robe pin-up shoot BTS

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posts so far this month, I'm doing some Halloween shoots that I have to wait to be edited, but I'll be posting as soon as I can (: Here are some behind the scenes shots I got from shooting this fancy robe recently!

For the past year or two, I've been telling my friends how much I wanted to do a photoshoot wearing one of these long fancy feather-y robes. I keep seeing girls shoot it them and their photos look amazing, and so of course when one of my photographer friends asked if I wanted to shoot one that he rented out from Dress Empire I said YES! We got a white one that we shot with this blue vintage Victoria's Secret lingerie one-piece.

I even had my hair and makeup done by an actual stylist for the first time in forever (: Sydney Desnoyers of Beyond Imagination Makeup Art did my Veronica Lake inspired hair and classic pin-up makeup look.

The studio John (Sans Serif Pin Up is his photography name) chose to shoot in was beautiful! There was a huge window that we shot by, as well as a retro looking kitchen, a fancy couch and a mirror that you'll see in the full set.

Tadaaaa ~ Here's a sample of what the photos will look like, minus the pillow haha. This is going to be a big photo set that I'll probably be posting for November!
