November Update and December Rune Reading!

Okay, trying out something different here. I like to do this kind of rune-reading thing for fun, and I figured I'd do one for anyone who wants to watch it. It's not, like, fortune telling or anything like that, it's more just a vague nudge to help you think about stuff. Like I said, I think it's fun and wanted to share it with y'all. Maybe I'll start doing these regularly?

Anyway, I hope y'all enjoyed the latest chapter! I have no idea why it took so long at the end there, but it happens sometimes. In the end, I'm actually really happy with how the scene between SI!Ben and Su'ko at the end there turned out. The next chapter is planned out, but I haven't quite made a start on it yet. We've been busy as hell trying to do stuff before it starts to snow. I'm hoping to get a few days of shitty weather next week when I can just relax and do some writing.

What else is happening in Benlandia? Not much. I'm now unemployed, and the Canadian government doesn't seem to like me given how they're fighting tooth and nail to get out of paying me any income assistance. I'm not destitute or anything, it's just... frustrating (and thank god I'm living on the farm with my parents, because fuck me dead I would be on the street right now if not for them). It's given me a chance to do other things, at least. Like make my runes! Yay!

Farm life has been... interesting. We 'dispatched' our latest brood of chickens, very late in the year. Taught us a few things about the process that get changed doing it in the cold. Unpleasant things. At least I have a freezer full of chickens now! We butchered some this time, too, so we've got a bunch of bags of wings and tendies and stuff, which is awesome.

Not much else is happening, really. I'm pumped to go see the new Middle Earth movie, War of the Rohirrim. It's the anime one coming out next month. Which, is, like, an hour from now lol. But I'm super keen for it, because it's by the producers and stuff that did the OG trilogy, so no Amazon influence to pollute the mix here. Thank Eru. Also, who else thought Knocked Loose on Kimmel was fucking amazing? Google it. Pretty hard metal for a late night talk-show like that.
