Important Life Update!

Okay, so I've been putting this off for almost a year now, but I can't keep avoiding it. If you read nothing else of this update, read the next part:

As of January 1st 2022 I will be throwing my schedule out the window, all pledge levels will be taken down, and the $1 tier will be all that remains. Please adjust your pledges accordingly. Anything I write will always be uploaded here a month before I post anywhere else. 

As for why... I've never really made a secret of the fact that I've got a fairly serious back injury from, well, life. The doctors think I can fix it with some fairly intense physiotherapy rehabilitation, but the problem there is that it's a daily thing, and It takes a lot of time. I'm still working full time, so on top of everything else, I've made the decision to step back from my writing. 

This was not an easy decision for me to make. Like I said, I've been putting it off for nearly a year now. But, my back just keeps getting worse, and I need to get on top of this. 

I don't know how long this will take. Not too long, I hope. 

Of course, I don't intend to stop writing. I just don't have the time right now to maintain my schedule and a healthy mental state. So, the $1 pledge tier will give you semi-regular previews of anything I work on, as well as one month early access to anything I write. 

I'm hoping I can get December's chapters done without too much more delay, but, well, this shit is exhausting. I won't lie. But, I'll keep y'all posted on those in a separate preview post next week. 

So... yeah. Not an ideal situation, but not much I can do. Thank you for all the support so far during my writing journey, and I hope this all blows over soon so I can get back to doing what I love. 

Not how I wanted to end 2021, but, eh. Life be like that.
