No, I didn’t forget the update yesterday. I just didn’t wanna spam you all.
So, the month is drawing to a close. It was a good month, too. I feel good that I finally got caught up on stuff. Blazing Trinity, in particular, has been sitting in the back of my head for a good long while now, so I’m happy to see the back of that one. Next month we’re resetting the schedule and doing a Self Insert month. So. Fun times afoot.
Sigh. I’m back at work now. It was fun while it lasted, but all good things must come to an end. My finger bone is healed, so now I’m just trying to get the tendons working right again. Fortunately, the spray triggers on the chemical bottles make for good rehab exercise. Hopefully I can one day get my finger straight again.
I sat down last night to (finally) watch The Lighthouse, that artsy movie from 2019 about two dudes stranded on a lighthouse island slowly going insane, and I gotta say, if you ever wanted to see William Defoe naked a lot, or watch Robert Pattinson fuck a mermaid, then this is the movie for you. Real talk, though, it was actually a decent watch. If psychological films that do their damndest to make you exceedingly uncomfortable are your thing, anyway. Oh, and it’s in black and white. Because art, I guess. Haven’t really done much else. Painted a bunch of Warhammer, played some Mass Effect. I know, I’m boring lol.
