Another preview of ch19 of the self insert. Unfortunately, it appears some substantial rewrites are necessary to my draft, so the chapter will indeed be delayed a little. Hopefully not much longer than another week. I’ll make sure I post any different drafts for the A and A+ Patrons once I know if I’m making any drastic changes or not. Sorry for the delay.

I am still sick. It’s like there’s a brick in my chest. I may just take tomorrow off work at this rate. But, bright side, fortunately it doesn’t seem to be affecting my consciousness or writing. Yay!

I’ve been on an 80s horror movie kick ever since I watched the documentary In Search of Darkness. Carpenter’s version of The Thing is still one of my favourites. You just don’t see a spirit like that in modern CGI effects. And the first Nightmare on Elm St is still brilliant. I’m gonna start looking up some more esoteric old titles, and I am keen.

Not much else to say. Looking forward to playing more Jedi Fallen Order (screw the Nightbrothers, man...) and relaxing a little once this chapter is done.
