For some bizarre reason, my track audio settings reset (I didn't do a thing to it) and it recorded both my voice and the show audio on just one track.
Unfortunately, I have the desktop audio (the audio of the show) set to record at a much higher volume than the mic audio (this is because turning up the show audio in my editor always seems to disort it, so I set it high for the actual recording instead.
I say 'unfortunately' because the show audio has drowned out my voice, particularly during the loud scenes. I think this is going to affect Buffy more than the other two since there's more loud music/dramatic scenes.
I'm so angry that this happened because they were all really good episodes. ☹
Anyway, either tonight or tomorrow night, I'm going to try and do another episode of Buffy along with the Charmed episode I planned to do. So at least there'll be a watchable reaction.
As for these messed up reactions - they're still just about watchable but they'll be frustrating to watch, and I'll have to put them on Google Drive since I can't mute the show audio without also muting me. I'll put the links up on here by the end of the month, and I'll try to get Buffy E11 done and up around the same time.
I'm so sorry. I'm kinda devasted TBH (especially about the Buffy one since it was a great episode and the conclusion to a 2 parter), but there's nothing I can do about it now. Just another thing to add to the list of things I'll always check from now on. 🤦♂️
