This is me driving without a care in the world on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world getting bogged. Mostly the sand near the water is hard, i was looking at potential camp sites and just driving from hard to soft sand. When i hit the soft stuff i knew i was bogged and did not even try to drive out. To try to drive out is to dig yourself deeper. I had left my sand shovel behind at camp...... So with a calm mind and very comfortable digging with my hands in the sand, something i have done since a child. I just started digging thinking, it would be nice if someone drove by to just pull me out. After 40-50mins of digging and place track boards under carefully so i had best chance to get out a large convey of vehicle drove past and offered to pull me out.

I said hold my camera (beer) and you can watch me drive out..... Now i have an audience.... as i drive out you see the 4x4 start sink again but all ok. Keep in mind at high tide of 4m or 12ft in height this part of the beach will be underwater in a few hours.
