Patron Exclusive: The Great Trickster, an archetype for Warlock

In December the recruits, adventurers, and legends voted on January's exclusive. They chose, "a spellthief archetype for rogue or warlock". I hadn't ever really thought about an archetype like this before but I'm happy to say I was inspired by the prompt! I even went a bit overboard and wrote three new invocations and a new spell all on the theme of the archetype. I'm excited to hear what you think!

Yes, spells can stay in the spell vault indefinitely but you're right that it could be stated more explicitly. I think Liar's Dice will be really fun in play! It has an interesting effect of making 20s actually really bad to roll which is kind of fun for an archetype that loves to cheat.

2019-01-08 00:10:48 +0000 UTCI like this! Other than maybe adding a line to Spellswipe clarifying how long a spell can stay in the spell vault (I assume indefinitely, but assumptions can be wrong), it seems pretty clear, too. I really like the creativity of Liar’s Dice.
