The company had a team for reviewing comments and tracking trends and tendancies for sure. No way he was expecting another outcome. So it was clear from the beginning that SKZ would debut as nine.

I was just getting into them when I heard it, but it stood out to me with how much their music can resonate with everyone. At the time I first heard the song 17 year old son was going through a tough time and our relationship wasn't the best... But this song helped me see and remind me that he was still young and his emotions will be dictating him and he might not know why he was acting out in anger so much. It's my Stray Kids saved me song.

There are also hundreds of young men working just as hard who won't even get a chance to debut because focus on one team for literally years. His job isn't to be nice or fair. It is to form a profitable team and to have them take this very seriously. That said, we don't see the entire process and yes, he said good things about each member...but did so in the way Koreans express praise. The first time I saw this show, I didn't see all the positive things he did say about this group that heard standing out this time. He is on their side and wants them to succeed. That meant he had to make some very hard decisions along the way. In the end, he listened to his gut instead of his head, and went with the unexplainable magic that was 9, even when his eyes told him that a few weren't completely ready yet. Chemistry over skill instead normally chosen in Korea.

He compared them to dogs that p** where they're not supposed to, and said they were far less capable than the others. I mean, did IN ever get a compliment from him? He basically said "you suck, but the audience wants you so I'll let you back in". What a douche. And also wrong.
