As a SKZ fan I don't really know how i feel about him, but I do know sometimes you gotta hurt feelings in order to drive someone to prove you wrong. He speaks his mind harshly to his trainees, but also gives them good life lessons and advice. I may not really like him, but I do respect him.

He has said many times and jyp idols have discusses in various shows that he chooses his trainees based on character and like its part of their curriculum and get graded about it.

Had to laugh at Dahyun getting annoyed with him, she wouldn't do that if he was a mean, horrible boss! He knows the industry well, he's not a Simon Cowell either, he can actually do everything he expects his idols to be able to do 💖
