Commission Tier Update

I won't go to details but I think having the post pinned with the available slots and then whoever relays their interest and then I'll show the Commission Tier temporarily for them to pay and hide it again. That way I don't have to juggle multiple things. If you want more pages then we'll have to Paypal it.
