SAI files can be opened with PintTool SAI ver 2
PSD files can be opened in Photoshop or other editors (eg CLIPStudioPaint)
P.S. in photoshop, pinning layers works differently than in SAI and CSP, so they are unpinned and it looks pretty bad...

Can anyone explain to me how these files are opened. I’ve tried for a bit and I just don’t know how.
