Sandcrawler!

OK, we're ready to share the finished elements of the Sandcrawler model for you lunatics who want early access to test the files. This model is huge! stood on end taller than R2.. around 4 feet long... The files are in the "early bird" folder on the Patreon share.

At the moment there's the engine and middle section. I'm adding the Neck, Head and Base over this weekend so it will be a complete model excluding the drive system which I'm working on at the moment. I've tested the track drive and happy with the way it runs. I'm testing 50:1 and 70:1 Pololu Motors (37D), suspect 70:1 will be my personal choice as I'm going for torque over speed and the Sandcrawler isn't renowned for speed.

To do, I've got the steering and the front drawbridge, both I've got a good idea how we're going to do this.

Enjoy! (No instructions at the moment as it's still in Beta test, but it's pretty easy to assembly the body, lots and lots and lots of M3 countersunk bolts (10mm, 12mm, 20mm).
