Development Tier added.
Added 2019-07-21 18:26:24 +0000 UTCSince the last poll suggested there was enough interest to warrant it, I've gone and added the Development Tier. For now, it has all the same benefits of Elder Tier, plus I'll give backers beta access to the visual novel, which currently has the working title "SPH Quest" before it gets released to the general public.
