Desktop Dumpster Fire

Hey everyone!

This is the Desktop Dumpster Fire. This design prints support free and everything snaps together afterwards. It features rotating casters and a removable "fire" insert. The insert can be displayed on the left or right side of the dumpster.

I created this design with desktop storage in mind, but it could be used for all sorts of things. I even gave one to a friend to use as a tip jar!

I have attached the STL's and Print Instructions below, but you can also find them in the archives!

Speaking of tips, when assembling the Desktop Dumpster it will be easiest to snap the pins into the caster brackets before snapping the wheels into place. Then you can snap the entire assembly into the bottom of the dumpster.

I apologize once again for it being so long since the last model upload. I know its been excuse after excuse since I moved earlier this year. Aside from a recent flooding issue, its been a mentally difficult handful of months since the last upload.

I've been working hard on that side of things and I'm devoted now more than ever to get back to creating and releasing models for you on a more regular basis!

As always, I very much appreciate all of your support and I hope you enjoy the new model! I'm on a bit of an organization kick lately there will likely be more organizational models in the near future before I get started working on Halloween designs!

Jacob, I'm adding the color to the fire, is it layer 11 or 12 that the color changes?

Dude, I totally love this. I see some things like this on the various .stl sharing sites. I never planned on printing one until you designed this one. Now what if you designed an appropriately sized garbage truck for it, that we could print in pieces. That would be the shizzle.
