Art the Shelf Elf Version 3

Hey everyone,

I apologize for the delay in getting our newest version of Art the Shelf Elf into the Archives! If you follow me on Tik Tok you probably have seen the improvements, but here are the newest upgrades:

- Shoulders are now ball and socket (still print and place) which allows for a better range of motion.

- Facial expressions are printed separately. Currently I have included 3 different options: A blank, Happy/Sad, and Smirt/Shocked.

- Hats are printed separately. Currently there are 2 options: The elf hat and a top hat!

I definitely have plans to make improvements to him in the future so I am more than open to suggestions!
