KINDRED HEAVENS
let's start off with an update from Scott:
Hello chat!
June update here, work has finally resumed on KH4. My part in this side project has been completed, move is finished, now I am free to start ripping through pages. As you can see here my calendar has me finishing the art in November, but I'd really like to finish before then. Either way, we're well on track to meet our goal of finishing this year. Bryce on flats has helped tremendously.

And here's a quick peek at the pages I'm currently working on. Originally, for this scene, Bryce had written the descriptions to be very elaborate, with rotating rooms and mechanical parts everywhere. This seemed like a pain to draw, so I removed all of this, and instead made it a normal room:

In other news, I have begun a little side project in my free time. It is a 20 page yuri comic, with new characters. I actually wrote the script on this one myself(don't tell Bryce). Since it's just a project for my free time, I don't have any timeline for it, or expectation for when it's to be released. I hopefully will finish it this year. I've wanted to learn procreate for a long time, so perhaps I'll take this as an opportunity to learn a new work-flow there. Don't expect regular updates on it, it will move at a very irregular pace. Instead, take this design for one of the 2 characters, Katya. She is an angry Russian prostitute with a foul mouth and a gambling problem. The story is supposed to be a funny, silly, and even a little romantic (BRYCE NOTE: i have read it and i can confirm it is all of these things and very cute, don't tell him i said this but he did a great job π)

That's all for now, see you in July!

STICKERS
Bryce's turn, now!
As you all know, last update we announced we were going to begin making our own stickers. Since then, I've been working tirelessly to bring this project to life. I was gone for a week, visiting my family ten hours away, and spent days back home printing and cutting stickers, trying to learn the ins and outs of both Silhouette Studio (the program used for the cutter) and the cutter itself, the Silhouette Cameo.
This is from my first day of serious day of printing and cutting. These are 4 inch stickers. As you can see, I didn't have things fully figured out at this point, so a lot of the stickers have little scrapes on them or little tags of paper hanging off them:
And then here was my first full batch of six inch stickers:
And now, after many many hours of trial and error, I have some finished products to show you all! Here, first...

And now, here's a holographic...

...and some laminated ones!!!!

I'm very proud of how all these are turning out and can't wait for you all to get your hands on them. Holographic was a large hurdle to cross, because the Cameo had a lot of trouble reading its reflective paper, and the laminate was another challenge--it requires a good bit of patience to apply it correctly.
While we don't have an official launch date yet, we're getting closer. Just a few more weeks! And after we launch these, we plan to begin working on...
...PRINTS!
But let's just focus on the stickers first, ha! π«‘

And that's it for this month! We'll be soon with more updates. As always, thank you to everyone who supports us.
