Term 68 should be sent out tomorrow, and Term 70 isn't far behind (and working on the Term 69 wips). There will probably be errors in sending out rewards, please message me if there is and I will do my best to fix it.
TLDR, Patreon has absolutely decimated their filtering system for no reason, and are taking their absolute time to fix it despite multiple support tickets I've sent. I've attached said tickets in the pictures, but feel free to not read them if you don't want.
Pretty much, they used to keep track of who was subbed and on what tier for every billing period. But now for some reason they keep track of your sub history, but there's nothing in the system accounting for what tier people were at the time. This all started when they changed their billing system and started bootlicking apple (don't buy anything Patreon related on the app store, you and I will both get ripped off), and now they're just deleting previously available features.
I've been kinda procrastinating finishing old terms because after the disaster that was sending out Term 67, I've been waiting for them to get their shit together and fix their site. I've been told by 2 customer support members that they have sent this ticket to the dev team, but it's been radio silence on an actual fix. I don't understand how every creator isn't also complaining constantly to them?
But whatever. I'm kind of at my wit's end, I can't understand why they did it, how they did it without realizing, and why it is taking so long to restore an old feature.
I'll do my best to send the rewards out, and when they do fix it properly I'll re-send terms 67+ to people now that everything should be sorted fine.
