I had that same issue, I think the problem is that image doesn't have a file extension in its name. When I downloaded it on my computer and added ".png" to its name I was able to open it

2021-11-29 22:31:15 +0000 UTCWhen I open it on the MEGA app for iPhone, it just shows the name “Art Trade With Tanuki (Gabriel)” and then shows the file size and says “public.data.” When I save the folder to the files app, it just has a blank file called “data”
