BIOGRAPHY
This biography cannot be truly completed because the majority of Griswold’s life is a mystery. Nobody knows where he was born or when he was born, and while we can assume it was Panty’s Landing and that is was probably over thirty years ago, again, no way to no for sure. The earliest parts of his life are shrouded in complete mystery. It isn’t until we get to his teenage years, where he made a name for himself as the Lone Wanderer, that we can begin to piece together his life.
Around the age of fifteen, Griswold led a band of misfit rowdy boys who made their money through ripping off people on the streets. They threatened countless lives and emptied countless pockets. Things went smoothly until they ripped off the wrong person, and that person bit back, mowing down everyone except for Griswold—who, at the time, had been out using the money from their great haul to buy him and his friends a house. The sight he came back to was gruesome, and broke his psyche forever.
The next person he robbed, he didn’t wait for them to plead or even pull out their wallet. He buried his blade in their gut immediately and tossed them onto the curb. He repeated this for weeks, all the while asking about that man they mugged. When he eventually learned where he and his gang had been hiding out, he killed them all, and tortured the leader slowly, telling him each of his friends names until finally he bled out. But that didn’t satisfy him. Nothing would. He was done living by the rules of the world and had decided to live a life of excess.
He would rather ride hard and crash and burn their be another wimp who just took it. Who just got down on their knees and let the world slap it around. He began to wantonly rob and steal and kill like there was no tomorrow. He didn’t think about the consequences, and didn’t even spare a thought toward the police coming after him. If they did, he’d just kill them too. This was when he began being called Lone Wanderer, and when everyone in Panty’s Landing began to take notice of him.
His crime spree sent him flying up the Panty’s Landing most wanted list, and when he reached number one the authorities, at the time leftovers of Scurvy’s crumbling empire, offered millions of dollars to anyone who could bring him in. A few tried, but they soon realized how stupid that was—Griswold killed them. Slowly. Then he left their skinned carcasses out to rot.
During this time he worked for nobody but himself, and never showed an ounce of fear. He stayed in the house he had bought for him and his friends and secretly kept up many of the routines they had all had together. He smoked cigarettes under the moon and drank beers for breakfast. He got into fist-fights with strangers and ran around beating on people’s cars. He was still loyal to those he had lost, though this was mainly habitual. A way to let off steam through the only way he knew how—destruction.
Eventually the heat surrounding him settled, with everyone accepting that he was like a natural disaster—sometimes he’d swoop in like a hurricane and all you could do was try to avoid him and stay safe. However he never settled down, and in fact, with the passing years, he only grew wilder. Once he had everything he ever desired, his life became about murder.
Killing high-ranking people. Killing strong people. Killing many people at once or killing people very slowly. He enjoyed the thrill of taking something as precious as a life from the world and until he met Kern and Bon, two people he had planned to kill as well, this was his entirely life. But, somehow, they were able to change that. They were able to convince him that the only way to truly own the world is to own it. To control everything!
And so, after a lengthy battle which left both him and the bears hurting, he joined up with them, helping lead the Panty Mafia in it’s earliest days. In fact, it was Griswold who gave the gang many of their first associations—one way or another, he knew everyone worth knowing in town and had them all under his thumb. Through a masterful network of fear, he turned them into a powerhouse.
Which was exactly when he began to despise it.
Once again, having everything made him bored, and so he returned to wantonly killing. At first Kern and Bon tried not to care, but when he started killing their own members, that’s when they formed their plan to do away with him, to turn him into a robot and control him for their own gain.
Obviously, that didn't work out...

TRIVIA
-There was a column in the Panty's Landing newspaper that was entirely about Griswold. It detailed his recent exploits, where he was expected to be that day, and where he was expected to go tomorrow. It was eventually stopped, as was the entire newspaper, when he burned down their offices for "pissing him off."
-Bon has a known crush on Griswold. Kern's never been able to get an answer out of him as to why because Bon is too embarrassed about it, but it's not exactly a secret.
