Hey guys! Here is the instruction manual for AhrStudio Robin. I will update the common question I had been asked here. Also please don't directly saying the M person I am.

大家好！这里是有关AhrStudio罗宾的使用说明。我将会在这里回答一些我比较常遇到的问题。同时希望大家尽可能以罗宾称呼我。

Instruction 1: The reward of Salad, Roast and Hamburger tier are sending as your monthly payment. You will only receive the reward during the subscription at the last day around 7-9pm Chinese timezone unless I tell you another time when I am in busy or other situations.

说明1：来自Salad沙拉，Roast烤肉和Hamburger汉堡包的订阅条目都是以月订阅进行奖励发放。你将会在订阅周期范围内，在当月月底的最后一天中国时间晚上7-9点左右获得奖励。（除非我有事要忙且提前告知你发放奖励的时间发生了更改）

Instruction 2: The reward will be sent as Dropbox download link and password via Patreon inbox message.

说明2：当月奖励将会以下载链接和密码的形式通过Patreon的收件箱进行统一发放。

Instruction 3: The reward is sending as Patreon system setting. It's cool and common to find out you haven't received your reward. In this situation, please contact me via comment in post section or send me DMs. I will send you the reward after I checking your subscription.

说明3：奖励是通过Patreon的设定进行统一发放。系统因为参数或其他原因很容易会漏发你的奖励。在这种情况下，你可以通过博文的评论区或向我直接发送私信。我会在确认你的订阅状态后向你补发奖励。

Instruction 4: The download link will expire in around 30 days after I sending to you. Mostly at 1-2nd every next 2 months. It's cool to ask me to have a new link after it expired.

说明4：奖励将会在我发出后的30天左右销毁，一般会在第二个月的1-2号之间。如果你的奖励已经过期了，可以直接向我询问获得一个新的链接。

Instruction 5: Because of the time difference between China and America. I can't tell when is the starting of next billing cycle. In this situation, I highly suggest that DO NOT subsribe any tier during the first day of every month so that you won't missed the reward you want when due to next billing cycle.

说明5：由于中国和美国的时差问题。我无法准确告诉你什么时候将会进入新的订阅周期。在这个情况下，我非常建议你不要在月初的第一天进行订阅，这样以避免你可能会因为进入新的周期而错过奖励。

Instruction 7: There is no difference the illustrations reward between Salad and Roast tier. The only difference there is the psd file is only provided in Roast tier.

说明7：沙拉和烤肉的订阅条目里的图包奖励并没有任何区别。唯一的区别是烤肉订阅条目里额外提供了该奖励的psd文件。

Instruction 8: If you have problem on accessing the download link or open the zip file, you can try another web broswer or other unzip file. There is no password on the zip file. If the download link or the zip file goes wrong, I will send a new one to all the supporter ASAP.

说明8：如果你困难于访问我们的下载链接或打开压缩包，你可以尝试使用其他浏览器或其他解压软件。其中压缩包是无需密码的。如果下载链接或压缩包出现问题的话，我会在第一时间给所有订阅者发放一个新的链接。

Instruction 9: We are currently in Billing schedule mode of Patreon. It means you will be charged in every same date when you are joined. In case you won't miss the reward sending by the system at the end of the month, please resubsribing your membership at the date between 4th to 25th.

说明9：我们工作室目前在Patreon作者的同一时间订阅模式。他代表了你在订阅模式里将会在每个月的同一天进行付费订阅。因此，我强烈建议你于每月的4-25号进行重新订阅，以避免你在月末错过系统自动发放的奖励。

Instruction 10: We will default that our Patreon goes to a new billing cycle at Chinese timezone 4pm by the first of every month. After that you will only get the reward of new billing cycle.

说明10：我们工作室默认中国时间次月一号下午四点开始为新的订阅周期。在那以后你将只能获得新的订阅周期里的奖励。

Instruction 11: There is a member being say that he joined the membership around 10th January. He upgraded his membership in 5th February. However accroding to Patreon's system logical, he is still in last month's (before 10th) membership, and he is charged another membership round in 10th. In this case, I highly suggest that if you want to upgrade your membership please do it after your next charge in your billing cycle. Also if you want your new membership temporary, then downgrade your tier in a day or two to avoid another extra billing.

说明11：我们有个订阅者在一月10号订阅了我们的会籍。他在二月5号左右升级到了其他的会籍。然而由于Patreon的系统设定，他仍处于上个月的订阅周期内（在每个月十号以前）。由于该原因，他在十号又重新被收取了新会籍的费用。由于这个情况，我强烈建议你如果想升级自己的会籍的话，请于你在新的订阅周期（被扣费后）再升级自己的会籍。同时，如果你只是暂时升级到一个新的会籍，请将在一天或两天后及时降级你的会籍以避免额外的费用收取。

Instruction 12: Our Patreon shop is officially opened at March 10th 2025. At this day, we had uploaded our first reward which is launched at August 2024. The previous reward here includes both Salad and Roast reward at the same time with a higher price than monthly membership. But the price will reduce lower after it had launched over a year.

说明12：我们的Patreon商店于2025年三月10日正式发布。于该日，我们上传了我们在2024年八月上载的首份奖励内容。这里的过往奖励将包含了该月的Salad沙拉和Roast烤肉奖励内容，但同时他在短期内将会比月订阅会员要更昂贵。这些过往奖励将会在他们上载超过一年后进行降价。

Instruction 13: Once you had purchased the reward in our Patreon shop, you are cool to download the reward, or the collection any time you want. The purchasing will never gonna expire. In some cases, the collection reward in our Patreon shop will add more content reward.

说明13：一旦你在我们的Patreon商店里购买了任何形式的奖励内容，你都将永久拥有该份内容（例如某个奖励，某个收藏夹等）且该内容将不会过期。在某些特定的情况下，某些收藏夹的奖励内容或许会在未来添加更多的奖励内容。
