Year 2020 Uffff....
Added 2020-12-31 10:59:48 +0000 UTCAnother year is almost behind us and I think I can say for most people... Finally. And hopefully next one will bring more interesting things and opportunities than last year.
This time I will talk only about game development. I had a plan to finnish Betrayed in 2020. And as always I didn’t make it in time. About the future of the game. I have in plan 3 more updates to make it complete and maybe little small updates after, to add some more content during working on the new game. Don’t worry I will not start working on a new game until Betrayed will be completed.
About hardware: I have a plan to replace all my graphic cards. That means buying 7 new cards. Because of supply shortages I will go for 5x3060ti setup and 2x 3080 20GB setup for larger scenes. Hopefully I can catch that 3080’s when they comes out. Anyway that upgrade will significantly change render speeds which will come handy with new projects where I want to raise the “animation bar” higher again.
And that’s it. I’m glad to have such fine guys around me, helping me with development and guys here on Patreon supporting this game and future projects. I’m really thankful for this.

The mistake the developper generally made is he put all the conclusion in only one final episode. He put 3 episodes to install the story and develop it on 10 others and he conclude it with only one episode? Do you think is light like me? This is the explanation to the mystery of why is too much game give an impression of ending precipitately. Conclude a 15 episode story in only one unique episode is too fast. This is i have just writing is teaching in literacy lecture at university. Remember, writing a novel or develop a VN game is exactly the same job. Only the support is different. You made the good choice Joraell. I personally put it in more episodes. But conclude in a minimum of three episodes is the good thing to do.
