WIP

Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed the 6 days of surprises. I've rested up a lot, and today I've gotten started on the museum statues. Here is the Capitoline Wolf in game.

-Question: Most of the statues have a fake/forged version, as part of the gameplay in ACNH where you spot the forged items. Do we want the forged versions also for this CC set, or just the authentic ones? (the forged version of the statue above has a tongue sticking out of its mouth, for instance.)

Update (Tuesday early evening):
I've made the big version of the David statue, and a properly sized pedestal for him to be placed on. I've censored the preview image, but the CC item is a direct conversion of the original statue. I referenced the real statue for size. As you can see this one is quite large! They can always be sized down in game, though, with the resize cheat on the keyboard (if you have a non US keyboard, the keys may be different, they are for me, so just try some other keys if this guide's instructions don't work for your keyboard.) and there is a set of smaller mini statues in case anyone hasn't seen those. If these statues are being used to make a museum, the small ones could be nice for a gift shop โ˜บ๏ธ

Since the statue of David is a favorite piece of historical art for me, here is a little article for anyone who would like to learn about it!

Update (continued):
Added Venus de Milo, Discobolus, and The Thinker. Venus is standing on the pedestal from this set.

Update (continued):
Added Nike, a Houmuwu Ding, Nefertiti bust, and Moai. I made second souvenir versions of Nefertiti and the Moai for decor for your sim's desk, bookshelf, or wherever! As you can see above, I added an extra swatch to the Moai that is light/white/more bleached-looking. The Moai in the beach preview image were adjusted with the TOOL mod, to lower the height on a couple, and to rotate them (here I did forward and backwards.) I always recommend this mod by TwistedMexi, as once you see how it works it is very useful. I added another swatch to Nefertiti as well, which brightens the eyes, clothing/jewels, and lipstick. The King Tut statue is here. The displays they are in are from this set. There is also a statue of bastet here if you are making an Egypt exhibit and are looking for more items.

Sidenote, I just love how when you are in map view, you can see things that you've placed. Check out the Moai on the beach ๐Ÿ˜ it's sooo cute how the game does that.

Update (early Wednesday morning):
Added the Olmec, the warrior and Shakoki Dogu, suit of armor, and King Kamehameha both a large version and a souvenir version for him.
Update (early Wednesday evening):
Added the moss statue, and the ceramic pot. So far we have 20 files, and there are 5 mmore files that I am working on.
Update (continued):
Added 6 different masks as wall decor items. Some have multiple swatches.

Comments

I tend to agree, but I will add a note that if anyone still wants them I can still make them. & You're so welcome! Thanks for the feedback!

My personal vote is just the authentic ones. No need to make you work harder or longer than you have to! Also, thanks for the surprises!
