Female Muscle Growth gets so little love in mainstream culture, that when you unexpectedly do get a transformation - even if it's a before and after and no view of the actual growth inbetween - it needs celebrating!
Obviously the best way to do that is to imagine if Lyn had got even more powered-up.

I never saw or heard of this movie and its FMG. Good transformation scenes in general have definitely gotten less common over the years, even with CGI. I think the golden age was probably the 1950s-80s
