(Also, I know you didn't ask, but if you live by yourself, I've found that legit just spending time around the house naked actually helped me feel more comfortable in my own skin. It feels really weird at first but if you can get past that, you start to like the way it feels. My body confidence has grown a lot in the past few years because of it.
