Mod/Update Info
This is a list of all the core changes made with the BAP Core ESP and MCM settings.

- Requirements
- Altered the players move speed to a more consistent pace
- Disabled the Pip-Boy flashlight entirely
- Set base AP value to 100 < 60
- Set AP regen to 5 < 6
- Combat AP regen mult set to 1 < .75
- AP regen delay set to 1 < 1.5
- Winded AP regen delay 3.5 < 2
- HP bonus per Endurance set to 4 < 5
- HP bonus per level set to 0 < 2.5
- Intelligence XP mult set to 5% < 3%
- Cooking, workbench, workshop XP gain set to 0%
- Hours for corpses to despawn set to 8 < 24 hours
- Legendary spawns set to 0
- NPC throw cooldown set to 15 < 5 seconds
- NPC explosives throw cooldown set to 20 < 7.5 seconds
- NPC Dodge chance disabled
- Viable blood sample spawn rate set to 25 < 100%
- Viable blood sample payment value set to 150 < 50
- Technical Documents spawn rate set to 35 < 100%
- Technical documents payment value set to 175 < 50
- Railroad armor mods unlocked immediately
- Hack min words set to 8 < 6
- Hack max words set to 16 < 20
- Lockpick durability set to 3 across all locks
- Lockpick sweet spot size halved across all locks
- Timescale set to 8
- Cars are not destructible/will not explode
