What is the Wasteland Weaponry Project?

This mod aims to balance dozens of weapon mods and add them to the games level list based on faction ties

Remember after every update it is best to either start a fresh game or sleep in an interior cell for 3 days to optimal effect

- Going to leave it as a master for now as I would like 

 to see if some mods may benefit from using its audio

- Removed MK47 Mutant from BOS AR LL

- Added M4A1 USASOC/SOPMOD/LVOA to BOS,Inst, DCG, MM AR LL

- Added KAC SR-25, R11 RSASS, TX-15 to BOS,Inst, DCG, MM DMR LL

- Added R11 RSASS to RR DMR list

- Added TX-15 to Raider DMR LL

- Removed HK 416 from BOS AR LL
