Release schedule updates~

Maiden and I are shifting up how we are doing releases in a subtle way. As a result of this change the next file wont be available to the $5 tier until the 30th. $15+ patrons are given early access to files and Maiden and I haven't been the best at consistently honoring that.
Going forward we are striving to release 2-3 files a month (a file every 10 days ideally but sometimes life happens) and to keep the higher tier 1 file (10 days) ahead. Once we get into our new schedule this change shouldn't be super noticeable but to get one file ahead we have to delay the release of this new one until the 30th.
Example: Today we uploaded our latest story file Unclaimed to the $15+ tier. This file will drop down to the $5 tiers on the 30th and we are also aiming to upload our next file for high dollar patrons the same time Unclaimed drops down.
