Im Happy to share Woobu bloom and flower spinner!

3 walls, 15% gyroid or 3D honeycomb infill, no supports
Tested down to 60% for the print in place version, I don't recommend scaling the keychain or the print in parts version down
Please ensure that the cap for the flower is tight fitting and use glue to keep it securely in place for both woobu and the flower spinner. If its not fitting tightly scale the cap down by 2%
If the flower doesn't spin freely increase scale by 3%
I recommend printing the face parts with 0.12 layer height
For the keychain version scale all the flower parts to 80%

Editing 3MF

Avoid using the slicer's fill tool when coloring the faceplate, eyes, and nose in the 3MF files, because they are split to parts. Instead, assign color to them from the object list to make the edges look cleaner. Do not split to objects.   
Please note that 3MFs will load with a custom profile that I used to print these models. Double check your settings prior to printing.
