We had Jack Tower sandwiches for dinner. Itβs an open faced sandwich of toasted bread, onion, tomato, slice of cheese and bacon. Put it under the broiler until the cheese is browning. Itβs a little messy, but the tomato melds the flavors nicely. Have a great weekend. π
