[Exclusive] Gothic Windows

Hiii!!! Happy Thursday!!

Last drop of the month!! Little gothic windows and stands for pixies or tea lights and everything else that'll fit!

There are 2 types of windows in this release, one is a stand which can sit on your desk or table, and one is a shelf. There is also a version without a backing. The shelf has a hole so that it can be hung from a small nail. I used tape for the pictures!

These are fun to print using clear or translucent filaments because it gives the impression of stained glass. These don't need a multicolor printer to print in color, you'll just need to switch the filament manually at layer 6 when using 0.2 layer heights. I also included a 3MF version.

Thank you for all your support! You guys are the best!!!! πŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

This is a patreon exclusive release. Patrons can download it free from the patreon exclusives link in the download post!

Have you thought about making the window section seperate and be able to slide in (like the shrimp tank front)? I love this design so much!

Nikelle Maughan

I was thinking the same and would love to use transparent filaments as window panes.

Chantal

Printed my 1st one of these last night. So cute. Wondering if it would be possible to make it so we could fill each window pane in separately and it go all the way thru to the back. The top 3 do that but the rest don't. If we could then the light could show thru all the panes with whatever color we put in.

stacyela

Can you make a 3MF file that has all the panels colored differently for more versatility?

Jacob Smith

We have used isanmate glitter green and glitter pink and like both. Glitter pink is a bit more translucent. Both are more expensive than other filaments we use here in Canada - but cheaper than cookiecad

Michael Banman

These windows are great! My friend suggested an angel pixie for around Christmas time

Haley

I knowww I’m hoping other brands will start offering the glitter filament at a more reasonable price 😭

Christine

Why is the pretty stuff always the expensive stuff 😩

Arch Vcx

yesss haha the window part is all cookiecad elixirs, and the frame is matchbox sparkle grey

Christine

Please tell me they're not renders and those filament colors actually exist 😩 Cause I need those the colors pleasseeee πŸ™ 😍

Arch Vcx

Wonderful, thank you!!

cosmomoore

Susan

These are amazing!! Thank you for all you do!! I have a strange request, not sure if it's doable but could you make an Axolotl dice tower? If possible I would be over the moon excited!!

JadedFig

I'm definitely going to shrink them down a bit and see how my jumping spiders like them!! <3

Darian Vela

This is perfect

James Sullivan

Omg!!! I love them!!

Liz Smith

I was just about to say if you don't have clear you could use acetate sheets on the back and markers to colour them. And if you print 2 back to back then you have a bauble for 2 prints or 1 print and an battery tea light

Kim

oooh that sounds really fun!!

Christine

im so happy you made stands for them! one of mine has a wobbly head and keeps falling over lol! these are so cute!

MoonRavven

You could put tape on the backless one and fill the empty spaces with clear resin with alcohol dyes. I do that for faux stained glass on other projects, and you just remove the tape when you're done. :)

Kristi Braind

Omg I love stained glass! I'm going to have fun with this! Would love to see a stained glass series 😍
