2024-08-16 23:28:48 +0000 UTCI would love to! but making pixies that look this way would require them to need a lot of supports, the head would need to be on a ball joint which introduces a lot of possible tolerance issues and make them difficult to scale, the feet would have very small contact area with the build plate as well which will likely increase the failure rate significantly. For this type of design printing them on their backs is the best solution.
