Added 2023-12-17 01:13:45 +0000 UTCAre you having trouble getting my movies to play? Did you at one time have trouble and somehow fixed it? I'd like to hear from you. This is a problem that has come up from time to time and I haven't really been able to do anything to control it on my end. Everything going back to August should be on an available setting for the corresponding tiers, however if that is not the case, I'd like to hear some details. Maybe one of you knows the perfect fix and this is your opportunity to be a hero! I like providing opportunities.

My videos came back after 2 months and I didn't do anything they just started to play again

2023-12-30 02:16:20 +0000 UTCThe only time I’ve had problems with videos is when my app hasn’t been up to date. I would suggest that anyone having trouble go to their App Store and update Patreon. This is likely why people have trouble on mobile but not browser versions of Patreon.
