Prior to creating videos for YouTube and Patreon, I had never seen myself work. As a self-portrait (selfie) artist, seeing the process is an added layer of self reflection. Both literally (my self is reflecting in the mirror that I use), and figuratively. It's a strange layering of self awareness: watching a recording of me creating a drawing of me as it would be seen by someone else.
